Trans Bay Cable Route, San Francisco Bay, CA

In order to assess the viability of Echo Scope data for the Sonar / ROV imaging portion of the tender and as a side-scan verification tool BMS mobilized the Echo Scope integrated with a Coda F-185 inertial positioning system aboard the S/V Eaglet in order to produce high-resolution images of the of the Trans Bay cable as it crosses the PG&E pipeline near KP 30. This Trans Bay Cable test data showed even from the surface the ACM armor mats,
PG&E pipeline and a possible cable exposure.
